Ilirjana GECI

Ilirjana Geci is a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology and Director of the Project Development Office at AAB College, Kosovo. She is a PhD candidate in Educational Psychology at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, specializing in the psychological well-being and social inclusion of children and adolescents with disabilities.
With over ten years of professional experience, she has contributed to initiatives in human rights, inclusive education, disability rights, and civil society development, collaborating with international organizations such as UNICEF, Save the Children, GIZ, and the Council of Europe.
As a Guest Lecturer in the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module “The Right to Education and the Rule of Law” (RoLE, 2026–2029) at University College Qiriazi, she contributes expertise in inclusive education, non-discrimination, children’s rights, and the application of European values and fundamental rights in education.
