A “Faculty” is a main unit that coordinates teaching and scientific research in related or interdisciplinary fields.
The “Higher Professional College” represents a structure composed of at least two departments. A Higher Professional College may also be established within higher education institutions that hold the status of universities or university colleges. In such cases, it is considered one of the institution’s main units. In all other cases, the Higher Professional College is considered a distinct unit of higher education.
