The Regulation of “Qiriazi” University College has been drafted based on Law no. 80/2015 “On Higher Education and Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Albania,” the guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Sports, the Statute of “Qiriazi” University College, the relevant decisions of the Senate, as well as the current practice of university studies.

The content of the Regulation of “Qiriazi” University College, apart from the introduction and definitions, is structured into sixteen chapters. These chapters, article by article, set out the general principles upon which the Regulation has been drafted, along with a comprehensive system of rules that regulate the institutional organization and management of “Qiriazi” University College, the overall administration of study programs, and the organization of studies in all their aspects, up to the management of the student database.
